We are Bharat gas cardhoilder for cooking gas supply through Solkar Gas Services who are local agents of Bhararat Gas at Khed, Dist Ratnagiri. However it is a regular feature that the supplieir is harassing us by delaying supplies for several weeks at all the times i book for gas. Iam currently waiting for the delivery of sylender ordered almost over 10 days back and each time i call to remind, they say "it will be despatched Today! " It is not that the gas is not available but the local dealer (Solkar GasServices) is habitual offender and needs to be straightened. Our card No is 4372 in the name of S.K. Parkar. Can you take up this with Bharat Petrolium Corpn. or directly with Solkar to resolve.
