Sir,
(1) I was book the bharat gas cylinder on date 31 Aug whose reference no is 12289854, and the booking no at the agency is 196, till now 18 Sept the cylinder is not delivered, when I am ask the Agency Manager Mr. Vinod Tiwari he tell me that we have no provision to normal delivery, and we have no cylinder to delivery.
(2) And another thing i want to tell you that i was book the cylinder on date 24 June booking reference no 10008097. when my cylinder is not delivered till 3Aug I went to the agency and I was shocked to know that my cylinder was delivered on 27 June and i asked to the Agency Manager where was my cylinder delivered he reply me that I don't know And suggested me to again book the cylinder, I book the cylinder on 3 Aug whose reference no is 11312434 and the next day the cylinder is delivered to my home.
I want to know that which cylinder i was book on 24 June whose reference no is 10008097 where was it delivered, And what is the maximum time taken to delivery after the booking of the cylinde
