No further processing

Dear sir/madam

my passport application file no. A011242, Name - Kamlesh Singh Thakur, dated April processing is held up from months. no further action is being taken even after police varification report has been submitted. on the internet it is showing "Police report is incomplete & it is being examined" this is written from months ego & no processing for issuing the passport is initiated.

Local police report has been submitted. I dont know why they write the above mentioned. further what can I do to proceed it faster.
