Dear Sir,
this Complain is regarding the charges that forced to the customer to purchase a bag after purchasing the grosseries stating that this is to save the environment. As the bags less then 40 microns are not to be used by any individuals or the shop keepers but if we check in the big bazar they us the bags inside which is against the rules of the munciple. I request you to kindly check with the malls where this the bags have to be purchased this has become a practice of all the malls to collect the money fom general public in the name of environment.
