My father had sent my Identity proof via them on the 28th and I got no response from them till the 3rd of Oct. When I called them on the number 26524923 and 41709053, they kept disconnecting my call and nobody could tell where the documents are. If they were not able to find the address, they should have called me on the numbers given on the envelope. Firstly, they didn do their service well and on top they are not ready to give any proper information, instead they kept diconnecting my call. We cant take risks with documents that are so important... I think stricty action should be taken against them
