An envelope containing a document was sent to me (Sudhir Gupta, M- 403, Purva Fountain Square, Near Marathahalli Bridge, Bangalore- 560037) from Agra on January 5 for which Agra branch of above named granted Receipt No.194669168 and assured for delivery of document at Bangalore next day or latest by January 7. But is delivered to me on January 10 only i.e. after 5 days of booking, that too after many telephone calls to Co's. Agra, Delhi and Bangalore offices for two days. When I pointed out to deliveryman regarding delay he replied "You should have chosen big Cos. like Blue Dart etc. for timely delivery."
