I have dispatched a consignment on Thursday dated November 4, which was supposed to be delivered within one day. However the next day November 5 was Diwali all over India. Hence the delivery date should have been November 6 Saturday or the next working day November 8. However after continuous follow up with the customer care executives the parcels are not yet delivered and they are making fake excuses about the delivery.
The consignees Name address and phone number all were properly provided with the service company Blue dart.
I believe there has been a breach in the terms and condition as provided to me. They never delivered the parcel (mainly food items) on time.
The two way bill numbers are 12575281110 and 12575281132.
I want to commence a complaint against the company Blue dart.
