Payment of bill even phone was dead for more than 10 days

Respected Sir/Madam,

We are charged for the amount of Rs 1100/- for the one month. my contact number is 0164-2270034.

This number was dead for more than 10 days and still we have to pay the whole month charges for the service which was not provided to us.

Please do something. however we have depostided the amount as we need the connection for our internet facility.

I have also emailed this to higher department but still they have not waived any amount.
