I had bsnl broadband connection under BB-HOME 500 plan.

iam unable to get my broadband usage details in the website www.dataone.in or in any other website given by u in the bill sheet.when i opened www.dataone.in site to check my usage details but it is asking portal id and password.what is portal id and password and how can i get it.

please send my portal id and password.
