We applied for a telephone connection with broadband with BSNL in HBR layout in August. We still did not get the connection. The reason they give every time is that they do not have telephone wire to be taken from the pole which is few metres away from our house. So the connection is not feasible. My neighbour has BSNL connection which is feasible. We are tired of follow ups. They are now suggesting to take their data card for internet. What do we call this?
