Cheating of the consumers with 3g postpaid services

I have availed 3g postpaid facility for my mobile-Nokia N95 mainly for accessing Internet. But the speed which i am getting is only around 30kbps-65kbps, i have logged a complaint with your customer care-1503 under complaint number-ch211093021 dated 21.12.2009 which your officer confirmed that the same will be resolved within 24hours, But till today-24.12. the problem is not resolved. When called up your executives (Ms. Swati/Ms. Mary/Mr. Sam) for status, they are not responding properly. Even though my mobile is in your 3g compatibility list, 3g display at top left corner of phone is coming occasionally which means that it is not getting regular 3g signal, The 3g advertisements are seriously misleading the customers and actually they are giving 2g services at 3g prices. Hence request you to take up the issue and resolve immediately.
