Landline phone and broadband connection is not working propely

My name is Vaibhav Gautam. I stay Shri nagar, Hapur, distt.-Ghaziabad.

My phone having Phone No: 2300775 is not working from past 20 days. I made somany calls to J.E and SDO Hapur. Every time they told the problem will be solved today, lineman doesnt take your complaint. THIS IS THE WORST THING I HAVE EVER LISTEN, JE level officer told that the lineman doesnt take your complaint what can i do.

Even I lodge a complaint in complaint book regularly at hapur exchange. But no action taken. Please take care of my complaint and resolve it asap
