Sir/madam,
I am a customer of BSNL landline in Bareilly.
I have a land line connection which is dead for more than 5 months. I have complained for it many times. But the company did not take any action about it. on the other hand the company is sending the bills regularly. I want to know that if my connection is dead then how the company can send me bills without solving my complaint. I am highly unsatisfied with the services of BSNL (Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limeted). Can any one help me?
