BSNL / Prepaid Mobile
Deducted 40Rs from my Mobile Balance

I have BSNL Prepaid Mobile no 9417078444, On dated 12/12 at 5:39pm, 40Rs deducted from my mobile balance, with sms "MIMOBITV: Thanks you for Subscribing All Channels/Week Rs. 40/ week, To unsubscibe send MYUNSUB to 55447" after this, I am sent SMS MYUNSUB to 55447, again SMS me on dated 12/12 at 5:54pm "Your Request for UNsubsciption is Done Successfully" but my money Rs.40/- not back to me.

Without my apply to subcribe, why he deduct my amount,

This is very serious Matter,

Please justice me.
