Respected sir/madam
I bring this issue with lot of frustration and sadness that the place i live (JC nagar bangalore-6 we have chamber blockage) coz of which we are not able to use our restrooms, We launched the complaint back on 18th march and they said due to sunday we can't send anyone that day. Next morning again i went to inquire they said we can't do it today either as the lorry which they use to clean the chamber has already left from the BWSS office. They asked to write the complaint again so that they can send it next day (tuesday) and the officer who was there also gave me his personnel number which was useful to some extent. Tuesday i waited til afternoon so i gave them somemore time, Next morning again i went to the office which was wednesday they said lorry can be sent to the area only by thursday hearing this with lot of disappointment on my face i went back home. Thursday around 1.30 to my surprise 4 people came to my locality and checked the chamber and said there is heavy blockage and need to bring lorry inside the street to clear the blockage, But unfornately they cudn't coz a car and another lorry was already parked in due to which it was difficult for them to bring the lorry inside from main road. Me and my neighbour requested them to wait for 5mins as we know who the owners were of the vehicle and we can asked them to move but they said they can't wait as they have more areas to visit and said they wil be back by after post lunch ot next morning without fail, Next morning no sigh as it was ugadi (local holiday) they came finaly on monday after going through same complaint procedure and they cudn't clear the blockage stating issue also with next manhole as blockage is there in next chamber but they cudn't bring lorry further inside and stated they wil come back nextday, When we asked to do it sameday they said they can't as they need labour and senior official who came there said if we want we can complaint to his inspector and left the place, Please kindly do something as we skip our regular work and run behind these people to get this blockage clear and its turning up waste of time and expectation, People are having hard time as we have our kids and can't bear the stinking smell, Please do the needful to fix this issue,
