This is to inform construction is on in full swing at night in C-4 Rajouri Garden New Delhi causing a lot of problem to all the neighbours. We have repeatedly told the owners to carry out the construction in day hours (9am to 5pm) but they donot listen, called 100 no police twice but the police PCR comes every night takes money from the builders and goes away.

Please take a stern action against the defaulters as I am a person suffering from high dibeties and hypertension, Last two months the construction is going on at night, Please relive the residents from this mess as the owners think they have the money so they can get away after doing any crime
