I have join the SSB in March. I have been duly filled-up 03Nos. S1 form for issue a PRAN Card and has been submitted the same to NSDL through DDO Name- 25TH Bn, SSB, Ghitorni, New Delhi and PAO Name- PAO (Shashastra Seema Bal) Ministry of Home Affairs, New Delhi, but I have not recieved my PRAN Card Kit, I-Pin & T-Pin till date. A Statement has been recieved for the period 01 April to 31 July by name Rajesh Kumar in which my PRAN: 110050153162/PPAN:2007102530100578 is shown, statement date 12 August. My name in the statement is incorrect, While my correct name is Rajneesh Kumar Rohil as per service record and educational documents. I am worried about my PRAN Account that my CPF is depositing in which account and what is actual statement of my account. What should I do for this problem?
