We Mr. Maheswar panigrahi s/o-Anand at/po-kokalaba, dist-cuttack taking electricity but using current very low because my mother is traditional so meter reader doing minimum charge but after compl. minimum chages with drw but the arear of extra chrge they are not with draw now.
