MTC operates buses from keelkattalai busstand to different locations of chennai city and surrounding areas. The commuters, public, school going childrens, women, office-goers and other walks of life peope are coming into keelkattalai busstand and picking up the buses to reach their destinations. At recent times, everyone is suffering lot / facing problem and getting annoyed in view of fast driving two wheelers, three wheelers and heavy vehicles using keelkatalai busstand as passage or passing through keelkatalai busstand. Apart this, the rowdies and criminals are using keelkatalai busstand as their shelter/parking their vehicles inside busstand to hinder the moment of MTC buses as well as creating nuisance and troublesome to the commuters, oldaged persons and women. The fact has already been communicated to the nearest police station on several occasions to take action. Our efforts became fruitless. With full of disappointment/frustration, I am sending this mail again. The commissioner sir, chennai suburban police commissionerate would look into this problem and issue directions to the concerned police officers to do the needful
