MISTAKES IN VOTER ID CARD

Dear Sir,

Voter id card has been issued to me. But there are lot of mistakes in my voter id card. My photo is not clear, my father name is printed wrongly, my own name is printed wrongly. even my address is printed wrongly on my voter card.

Kindly look into the matter.
