CLAIM NOT RECEIVED

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

I have submitted documenst to my ex-organization in the month of Mar for PF withdrawal. But somehow claim status which is showing on EPFO website is that claim received on 09.05.2012 and is under process. But today is 1-Aug it is still showing as under process.

The helpline numbers which are given on wesite under directories (Mumbai - Bandra office) are useless. Nobody answers the phone call. People are picking up phone and keeping headphone aside.

I was working in delhi and staying in delhi itself. How can i visit Mumbai Bandar PF office.

Plz help me out where to find the exact status of claim settlement. Below is the status showing on EFPO website. I have registered complaint on PF greiveince site also which is also unanswered.

Registration Number is: ROBND/E/13052 for complaint.
