There was an advertisement in newspaper dated 11th NOVEMBER saying registrations for new election card will be open from 12th nov to 29th nov,
today when i went to municipal office the forms were not available and i was given phone number of COLLECTOR OFFICE ahmedabad, (079-27561977)
when i called it a lady received the call and when i asked about the forms she very rudely said to collect the form from collector office itself, when i told her that it is written in newspaper that i can get forms from any municipal office, she got ANGRY on me and was literally scolding me .when i asked her to be gentle she again talked rudely and cut the phone,
THIS MUST NOT BE THE BEHAVIOR TO A YOUNG CITIZEN OF INDIA.
