Commander Gas service Rajajipuram Lucknow

I am victims of the poor service by commander gar agency in rajajipuram Lucknow. They never deliver gas on time and if you get late then they said the cylinder is out of stock. they sell gas in black.

I would request the concern authority that please take action against them. I am really fed up. could not found the way to complain to their authorities. even I tried to approach them but no one is listing there.

Then I decided to complain online. Please help me.
