Sub: Inefficiency of MCH Town planning in resolving the encroachments Pending of Complaints regarding the illegal construction since 2009 MCH town planning Circle-8
Sir,
I the resident of 4-2-354 Latha Thakur, W/o Late Ramesh, Diabetic
bedridden neighbour here by represented several times through emails
requesting concerned
calls to authorities to stop the illegal construction i would like to
bring to your notice
regarding the MCH inefficiency to stop encroachment of common passages
since 2009. and demolish the illegal structure I.e Pillars, staircase
and wall constructed in seri (common passage) which is creating
problem to me & my neighbours and stopping us to ingress & egress to
common passage
Please suggest us the right procedure to stop the unauthorized
constructions by encroaching the common passage which is in knowledge
of concerned Muncipal authorities since 2009 but no action is taken
in-spite of 30 written complaints 20 emails and 20 SMS to concerned
town planning officials but no action is taken yet till now
Hope there is some administration in Egovernance to take care of
public complaints
with in time period or respond the mails in the time period which is
given as point of
contact of concerned officers in GHMC website.
