I was retired on 31.03.2011on attaining the superannuation age of 58 years and i have received my gratuity amount on the basis of December wages. Subsequently D.A. sanctioned by the company w.e.f. 1-1. As such D.A. arrears for period of 3 months up to 31.3.2011 were paid. Am i eligible for payment of gratuity arrears depending up on D.A. hike w.e.f. 1-1 or not? and its rules position may please be specified.
