Complaining about street dogs

Dear Sir/Mam,

This is to inform you that some dogs are creating much problem in our area.

There are around 4 - 5 dogs that are bothering us everytime during walking and whenever we are around our street. These dogs are found troubling people walking through our street. They always bark, not only bark but creat noise during fighting amongst themselves and disturb us at night, and some of them has started biting the people.

We request you to kindly send the dog catchers to take these dogs away from our street.
