Dear Sir,

With respect i would like inform you that i have already applied for passport, Bhubaneswar Passport office on Dated 14 Dec File No-A034323 in Name Susant Kumar Parida, till date not received my passport. When ever go to check my status and other details it shows File Reference Number (BHU-A034323-07) is either wrong or Information NOT available. So there fore kindly request to you please give me any suggestion & information about my passport application.
