Dear Sir / Madam

I have booked (18/10) parcel from Mumbai to Haridwar by Trackon Courier Air service. material reach 19/10 at delhi head office & up-to 23/10 material laying in Trackon Delhi HO. I am continuously follow-up but not proper response from Trackon. They peak-up phone & hold for 15 min then come & again same. It is difficult for me tarck my consignment. please help me.
