Aginst Asst engineer of Nanakpura CPWD type II

I am working in Central Government hospital in Delhi, i allotted E-30A, south moti bagh Nanak pura, New Delhi but i am fedup with JE, Mr. Manjeet Singh, who is not attending any complaints which we are submitting to call center, he all most close the complaint without attending in his system, All flats resident are also not able to do any things

My flat E-30A, i had complaint for replacement of my window before one and half year for both which are damaged and i also visit to Asst Engineer / his standard answer, we are doing but no action has been taken even they have paint my house, the paint quality was very poor which i painted after three months by my own cost, now last one week before i visited to Mr. Manjeet Singh JE in office of Asst Engineer he said you can do at your own cost, we are paying rent to central govt with licience fee but CPWD staff are not serious in his work.

I was surprised when i complaint to Asst Engineer, his Answer was " Jo Karna hi kar lo jhha jana hi complaint karney kar lo " Still CPWD employees has not change his attitude.

We not able to do any things against them because top to bottom every officer are protecting to their own staff and not ready to listen,

Please take the need full action against them
