Delay in Passport Dispatched yet Pasport even after passport has been made

Dear sir,

hi. this mail is in regards of the passport yet not recieved my Visa interview date is lacking just because of my passport. i applied for pass port on 28-12 my file no is J-5321148 . Police verification is complete.and it also shows on the passport status that passport no. J-5321148 is alloted and the dispatch is underway i went to the passport office in R.K puram i spoke with the passport officer they told me my passport is already made on 7th February i informed them that i am offered by my company a Buissness Official Trip to US and i want to fly to US . i also gave them them my Company GENPACT offer to go to US on the letter head but passport is not yet recieved.

please see into it, and do the needfull. as my Visa interview date is lacking just because of my passport.
