Subject: Regarding Possession Letter No. A/339 (145) DDA/10/NA/145 Dated 13.04.2012 for Expandable Janta Flat No. 345 Sector A – 6, Pocket 7, Narela, Delhi.
Dear Sir,
Please refer to the above subject I am much sorry to state that so far nothing has been done regarding the repair of the Flat.
These Flat were constructed in the 90’s and are almost 20 years old and their life is almost over by half expired. Plaster of the walls and roof are falling and are covered by white ants, floor is broken at places, doors and other fixtures are either been pilfered or deteriorated due to time.
The process of repair etc by the DDA are not only time-consuming but dilatory and at the mercy and whims of the DDA Staff and contractors undertaking the job.
In my previous letter I had submitted that some amount may be paid to the new allotters of these flats (about Rs. 100, 000/- approx) so that we may get these repaired to our satisfaction and done in the shortest time and so that we may shift there.
I have made many rounds of the DDA office at Narela with request to do the repair at the earliest, so that I may be spared from Bank Interest and House Rent which I am paying.
