Dust storms to low standards of work by the contractor

I am resedent of H No. 9, G-18 Pocket Sec 15, Rohini. The residents of H. No's 1 to 24 of G-17 and G-18 pockets [along side the nalah] are facing dust storms problem. The work of laying huge pipes underground in front of the above houses. The contractor is not keeping the road dust free. Heaps of soils are left here and there. Lot of dust comes inside the houses and in the lungs of the residents causing asthama and heart deseases. The contractor may be asked to keep the dust free environment in the area.
