Not Received the Bills

Respected Sir / Madam,

I am residance of G-183, Hari Nagar, New Delhi -58, I had not received the water bill seience last 3 months. When ever the bill comes its always add the let chargs but in same time thay are not use to send the bills on time.

So kindly look into this mater.
