Complaint against billing problem

Espected sir/madam,

i beg to say that i leave in nehru vihar my water bill is very increase k.no. - 1096133145 and connection no. is -51291-k before two months my bill is Rs150 /- and this time increase my bill is Rs 1600/-, i am suffering from this problem so, please I reqest you to solve my problem in four working days because my bill due date is 14/04 i hope to solve my problem immediately, I will be very greatfull to you.
