FIR not Registered

Sir/Madam,

My mobile snatched from outside Anand Vihar Bus Terminal on evening 14/03 and after that i am trying to register FIR aginst the same but the behaviour of SHO of Madhu Vihar Police station is worst. They at Madhu Vihar Police station are forcing me to register an NCR instead of FIR and misbehave with me and throw my application away, it was very bad behaviour in their language also, Thay are treating me as i am a criminal instead of helping me and whem i asking them why they cannot file an FIR they have no answer and misbehave me very badly. It was continue for more than 4 hours and at the end i got nothing, my stolen mobile IEMI no is 358626040583890 (Nokia X2-00),

I an hope less from Delhi Police side, Please Look in to the matter urgently i will be very thankful to you,
