Dharamshala Passport collection office
Delay in passport and bad response from office

I have applied for passport in Shimla's office passport collection centre at Dharamshal, H.P

but didn't got any reply from them and also it has been round about six months and my file is not yet reached Shimla, whenever i try to contact any of the both offices they didn't give any response . i have paid expenses for passport in form of demand draft and also it will expire in few days so please accept my complaint about them
