Respected Sir,
With this I would like to bring to your notice that I have submitted my documents on 15th of September for conversion of my Commercial Pilots License. Its been almost 7 months and my license has not yet been issued.
There is no straight answer regarding how long they will take to issue me my license.
They do not respond to my email nor they attend any calls at the office.
This procedure takes maximum 45 days according to a document available on their site which is as follows :

I do not stay in Delhi. I stay in Ahmedabad and so it is not convenient for me to go there daily and meet them. I request you to please help me and get me my license so that I can earn and repay the loan which my parents have taken for my training.
