Voter id card didn't get last 5 yea

Dear sir,

i have applied three times for voter id card of my family inspite of date i didn't get voter id card from govt. office, i have govt. office near about fifty times but any don't want to lisition, so request you to plz take action & release me voter id card asap, my own house in greater since 2004 but voter id card didn't make,
