One of packet of documents send by SPPED POST on dated 20/01 as per issued parcel code no. EU388391620IN.
Till date those parcel not yet received at destination, exactly we complain 4 time to the concern post office and they did not responded positively. Even they speak that we are seated to send the parcel only but do not take responsibility. Thus we can not fix a responsibility. And their behaviours are also not customer friendly.
Please let us know that how we can receive our parcel. What is the grievances. what is our rights and to whom we can fixed liability.
Only we want to fixed the liability and compensation of loss.
