Illegal encroachment in parking

Hi,

We are the owner of E-17/3 Krishna Nagar Delhi-110051. There are 4 floors in the building with ground floor as parking shared between 4 owners of the building. There is an illegal room constructed in the parking area by the builder which he is not relinquishing. The site map passed by MCD also states that no illegal construction can be built in the parking floor and that is undivided property of the 4 owners.

Please do the needful and take some action in demolishing illegal construction in the parking area.
