Not receiving of voter id card from last 6 month

Sir

i have submitted mine application for voter id card on august in tirlokpuri, near kalyanvas new delhi election commission office but yet i havnt got mine voter id card due to which i am unable to make mine driving licence and passport .so please suuggest me what can i do for it and how can i get mine voter id card.
