Name appeard in photo ID card

I am Anupama from Rohini, Delhi in my Photo ID card issued by election commission of india the spelling of my name they put as ANUPMA which should be ANUPAMA. Now I am facing too much problems in making any dealings with any Govt. organisations and Banks. How can we correct it?
