Voter ID Card no received

Dear sir,

I am mukesh upadhyay S/O shri Raj Bahadur Upadhyay R/o 23 neetibagh, shamsabad road agra. It is to bring to your knowledge that I have submitted all my documents twice to your representative on 28-11-08 & 20-12 in sharwood public school, agra of my whole family. Some time ago I check our name in list my name. My name present in the voter list at serial no. Ahk0526251 but wrong father's name & Address and my wife's name is present at S.No. ahk0526244. I have try several times to correct the information but any action has not been taken by the office. And till today I have not received the voter ID cards. So I am requested to you to provide me the voter ID cards after correcting informations.
