Voter id still didn't get last 5 years

Dear sir,

i am leaving here since 2003 at my own house at H.NO. E-430, beta-1, greater but i didn't still get voter id card, i have applied three times for voter id card of me & my wife,

Election Assoon is coming in up. sir i want to give to use my vote to right candidate so plz issue me voter id card asap.,
