Very low power supplt and extremely low voltage

Respected sir,

We people who are living in Govindpuri, Chotimarket are extremely fed up with the very low voltage power supply in our area. We have complained several times, but there is either no response or they say just get your phase changed. The situation is as poor as a low voltage up to 70-80 volts. I do not know how many times we have pay for change phases which is actually not a permanent solution. Actually our transformer is not working well, as it is too old so it develop problems many times. So we people urge you to take the necessary steps required, so that we people can get a normal current supply. Since there is a cut of 10-12 hrs a day and remaining time the voltage is as low as 70-80 volts.
