I m employee of Emcure Pharmaceutical Ltd. pune, i left the company 25 th july then i submitted
my EPF form in my company office, Company send all paper in EPF pune office, I recieved first amount
6662 rupees in NOV. But Rest Amount arround 23 k not recieved right now. When i Calling Regional
office Pune, After 100 calls, they picked the phone, One PRO of Office told that, your Cheq. is returned to
office arround 24 JAN. She told you fill the REISSUE form, it is avelable in EPFO site and send your Company
, they send the EPF, office then, She release the CHEQUE again.
Canyou suggest me what is Reissue form, What is reissue form no.
