Respected Sir/Madam,

Complaint :- Provident Fund Withdraw form Status Pending Since 7th Nov'11

Pls look into the matter that I have received acknowledgement on 7th Nov’11 from my HR Mail ID, that my forms have been received. Acknowledgement slip & received mail is also attached here for your reference. And after three months of submission of the forms there is no status confirmation by EPF department about my EPF Withdrwal & after sending again and again reminder on my Grevience i got a mail from the EPF department, according to EPF department my forms have not been received. I have proof that my forms have been received (acknowledgement slip). It is a harrment that if my grievance was registered on 28th Nov'11 with them why they revert me after such a long time and again no satisfactory reply on the mail. So pls help and resolve this issue.
