No response on withdrawal of PF after six month

Dear Sir

i have applied for PF withdrawal on 11 Jan at wazirpur west office then and now office shifted to Dwarka sec-23. So many times i have enquired on your custmor care phone (011-28050758) about my withdrawal application but it has always been replied that application is under process even after 6 months. Also i personally went to your Dwarka sec-23 office on 03-06 and met with Mr. Sudeep/sandeep in section-28 and enquired about my application status and he told me that there was some problem in the system now it had been rectified and he assured me that he would process my application in the next 7 to 10 days. I urgently need this money for my sister marriage purpose. As per PF Wthdrwal guidlines the PF would have been refunded in 45 days, but in my case it has been more than 6 months and still i am not getting any response. It is going to be very painful day by day and it is creating un-neccessary mental pressure/ harrassment.
