Employee Provident Fund Gurgaon

I am waiting for my provident fund settelment from Gurgaon office ; i have tried so many times to call their office and not getting any help from them ;

I have also send my details to investigate still not able to get any response ;

I have worked in convergys for almost 3 years and waiting for last six months for my provident settlement ;

I have also called to companys bangalore office who keep on directing towards the Gurgaon Provident Fund Office stating the documents are with them and even they are waiting for their response.

Kindly help as do not known what to do now
