Pending EPF Claim

My complaint is regarding my pending EPF Claim. This issue has been going on since 2008. In 2008 my previous employer submitted my EPF Claim and within 4 months I got the dues from the employer and also cheques from the EPF Office. However, the checks were sent to a wrong account number because of which they never got deposited and got misplaced. After a number of emails to the EPF office, I was informed that the cheques had been sent and I should contact my bank. On contacting the bank and after they were able to locate the cheques, I found out that the cheques never got deposited to my account due to the above stated error by the EPF authorities. This was in 2009. Since, then I started following up with the EPF office in Delhi and was informed after numerous calls and a number of emails to them, that I needed to send an Advanced Stamp Receipt along with the cheques, post which the rectified cheques would be released. This I did in Oct and I got the delivery confirmation from the Post Office. However, since then again, I am yet to get the rectified cheques from the EPF Office. I have mailed them since, but have gotten no response, have also tried calling but have not been able to get through to anyone.
